Shipping + Handling
All the prices stated are in Euro €. You can choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Please note that you are responsible for any local VAT tax or other applicable importation costs that your country may charge you.
Rates are calculated according to the country of dispatch, and cover the costs of packaging and postage.
All orders are prepared within 5 business days, from Monday to Friday, from the order date. Once your order has been prepared, we ship it via La Poste.
– For national orders (France), the indicative delivery date is 3-4 business days from the shipment.
– For international orders, the indicative delivery date is 8 business days (1-2 weeks) from the shipment but may take 3-4 weeks to arrive, depending on various supported postal services.

The orders are all shipped with a tracking number. This tracking number is provided by e-mail for international shipping.
The prints are shipped in a strong envelope reinforced with additional cardboard sheet.
Delivery for ceramics will only be by hand-in-hand.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please take photos of the parcel and its contents, and contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURN POLICY AND REFUND
Once you receive your parcel, you will have 7 days to return a product, given that it is unused and in its original condition.
In cases of return, you will have to pay for any return shipping or custom fees. If the product is in perfect condition, a credit will be held.
